A Victorian cut steel brooch with what we call "The Dark Sparkle." The construction is wonderful, the faceted marquis and and domed cut steel studs are individually riveted to the brooch's frame. The brooch was converted from an antique buckle, the pin has a more modern safety clasp for security. This bold piece will look fantastic on a coat, blazer or sash. Circa 1870.
